GHL agency, one specialist

GoHighLevel Agency Services: Built, Tested and Yours to Keep

I'm Carlos Familia, and Blue Mirai Systems is a GoHighLevel agency of exactly one person. I build GoHighLevel accounts for US service businesses that want the work done for them, and I work behind marketing agencies that sell GHL to their own clients. Use the calendar below to book a call, and tell me which of the two you are.

  • The person on the call is the person who builds
  • Done-for-you builds for mortgage, insurance, HVAC and roofing
  • White label work inside your agency account, under your brand
  • Every path run on a test contact before handover

What do my GoHighLevel services include?

People search for Go High Level services when they mean one of four jobs: a new account built from an empty sub-account, an inherited account cleaned up, a move from another CRM or agency, or an integration GHL can't do alone. I take all four, and each one includes the parts buyers forget to ask for: tests, a map and a handover.

GoHighLevel CRM services often stop at the edge of the account. When yours has to talk to a loan origination system, a booking tool or a phone system, I build that bridge too, either as n8n workflows or as custom GoHighLevel development. One person owns both sides, so there is no second vendor to blame.

  • Pipelines, custom fields, tags and custom values that match how you sell
  • Calendars, forms, Facebook lead form mapping and booking links
  • Follow-up workflows: speed to lead, no-show recovery, reviews and referrals
  • A2P 10DLC registration and a dedicated email sending domain
  • Conversation AI and voice agents, once the basics are running
  • Bridges to outside software through n8n or custom code

I own a service business. What does done for you look like?

You describe how a lead becomes a customer, and I turn that into stages, fields and workflows. For an HVAC company in California, the foundation came first: a 7-stage pipeline, 10 fields, 18 tags and 2 calendars. Then 25 logic workflows for call cadence, estimate follow-up, no-show recovery, referrals and maintenance, all published with 0 failures.

Each industry leaks leads in its own spot. A mortgage brokerage needs its loan origination system synced and a daily call list for loan officers. A roofing contractor in Kentucky needed an inspection pipeline and confirmations by a YES or NO text reply. The mortgage CRM I built for a brokerage shows how deep one of these goes.

Everything stays in your name: the HighLevel account, the phone numbers, the sending domain and every login. I work from a user seat you create, with the permissions the job needs, and you remove it when the work ends. If you hire someone else later, they inherit a documented account instead of a puzzle.

I run an agency. How does GoHighLevel white label work with me?

GoHighLevel white label work means you are the face and I am the hands. I build inside your agency account, under your brand, your sending domain and your sender names. I don't message your client unless you ask me to, and when a client wants to know why a bot said something, the answer goes through you.

GoHighLevel for agencies is mostly repetition, so I script the repeated parts. A lead-generation agency wanted a 60-second AI demo call on each niche landing page. I created 21 niche voice agents by script plus a fallback, and one shared workflow that reads the form, cleans up the phone number and dials with the right agent.

You also need a way to check work you didn't build. One agency had nine client chat bots live, so I set up a Slack digest three times a day that sorts conversations into good, bad and proposal, and the team votes on fixes. My letter to agency owners on white label builds lists what to hand off and what to get back.

Can you take over an account another agency built?

Yes, and I start by counting, not fixing. Before I change an inherited account, I list every workflow, which ones are active, what starts each one and which fields and tags they depend on. The old workflows get copied into an archive folder first, so nothing the previous agency built is lost when someone asks why a thing changed.

Then I scan for what a handoff quietly breaks: steps that still point at workflows in another account, triggers with empty conditions, and settings that switch themselves off. On a move out of a franchise account, every real problem the scan found had already been broken in the original. The order I work in is in GoHighLevel account cleanup.

Why hire one specialist instead of a bigger GHL agency?

A larger GHL agency gives you more hands, cover across shifts and a backup when someone is out. It's the better pick if you want three projects running in parallel, design and ads from the same shop, or a procurement process that asks for a staff list. Those are real advantages, and one person can't match them.

With me, the person on the sales call is the person who builds the account, tests it and reads the logs when something fails. My company, Blue Mirai Systems LLC, is registered in Wyoming. I build from the Dominican Republic, within an hour of US Eastern time all year, in English and Spanish.

What if I'm unavailable? The account, numbers and logins stay in your name, and the map I hand over is written for the next builder, not for me. GoHighLevel freelancer vs agency compares the GHL services each side tends to cover and what to put in writing with either one.

From first call to handoff

  1. Pick your lane: On the call, tell me whether the account is yours or your client's. That decides whose brand, sending domain and user seats the work lives under.
  2. Count what exists: With a user seat, I list workflows, triggers, pipelines, fields, forms and numbers. Nothing changes in this step, and you get the count in writing.
  3. Agree one pilot: We fix the scope of a first project, with a test written next to each deliverable. Agencies start with one client before adding a second.
  4. Build and prove: Every path runs against a test contact, and I read the execution logs instead of trusting the publish button.
  5. Hand over and step back: You get a one-page map of what runs and what starts it. Then you remove my seat, or keep me on for the next client.

Work I have shipped

An inherited 281-workflow account

A mortgage brokerage in Florida inherited its account from a previous agency: 281 workflows, only 95 active. I archived 190 old workflows with 1,559 actions and 0 differences, then imported 1,583 contacts with 0 errors. Read how it was built

Out of a franchise account

A storage company was losing access to its franchise sub-account. I cloned 239 fields, 27 custom values, 114 tags, 4 pipelines, 65 workflows and 96 triggers into a fresh one. The scan's 3 real findings were all broken in the source already. Read how it was built

A repeatable salon build for an agency

A beauty-industry agency wanted the same AI setup for each salon client. I built GHL Voice AI and Conversation AI per salon, a 12-KPI dashboard widget and a booking sync. Bookings made in GHL appeared in the salon software within 30 seconds. Read how it was built

Eight niche accounts, tested end to end

For my own Automation Packs I built 8 niche demo sub-accounts with 68 or 69 workflows each. Version 2 passed 268 test journeys across the 8 accounts. The packs sell that system as a $22 GoHighLevel snapshot per niche. Read how it was built

Questions before you hire

How much does a GoHighLevel agency charge?

There's no rate card on this site. Two accounts with the same feature list can differ a lot in effort once I see the integrations, the data and the testing a failure would justify, so I quote a fixed price per milestone after a look at the account. Published market numbers are in what a GoHighLevel expert costs. In a niche with a pack, the $22 snapshot is the lowest-cost start.

Should the HighLevel account be in my name or yours?

In yours, always. A service business should own its sub-account, phone numbers and sending domain, and an agency should keep its clients under its own agency plan. I work from a user seat with the permissions the job needs. When a franchise or a former agency controls the account, leaving gets hard: I once had to clone a whole setup out for an owner who was losing access.

Will you talk to my agency's clients?

Only if you ask me to. In white label work, the client hears your agency's name and sees your brand on every message the system sends. Questions about why a workflow fired or what a bot said come to me through you. If you want me on a client call as part of your team, that is your decision, not mine.

Do you build GoHighLevel accounts in Spanish?

Yes. I'm bilingual, and several builds served Spanish-speaking leads: a bilingual intake for a life insurance agency in California, a second insurance agency, and English and Spanish branches in every niche demo account. Bilingual takes more than translated templates. It needs one language field that every workflow reads, or Spanish reminders reach English speakers.

Do you offer a fixed GoHighLevel setup?

Yes, for a new account that needs the basics done once and done right: pipelines, calendars, forms, texting registration, the first automations and a handover. The scope and the steps are on the GoHighLevel setup page. Integrations, AI agents and migrations sit outside that fixed list and are quoted as their own projects.

What happens after handover?

You get a one-page map of every workflow and what starts it, the test log, and a list of anything a snapshot leaves out, such as phone numbers and connections. After that you can hire me per project or on a monthly arrangement, or hand the account to someone else. Retainer or project explains when each one makes sense.
